Do your boots hurt?

I'm getting new boots because my boots are pretty uncomfortable. They hurt my ankes and my toes. Whenever I lean foward, my heals slip up a little. Should I get 1080's or Rossignol xx's?

get custom fitted at a ski shop and go with what fits best.

I would go the rossi's they are super sick for skiing everything from pow to rails and they look sick to. I have a narrowish foot and the rossi's fit me good i found the salomon a bit sloppy... but boots are what you find comfortable

mine hurt when i wear them, but i dont have enough money to buy new boots, so i just got to put up with some pain

my heels lift up when im going switch and i feel like im going to fall on my face. my boots also caused me to get a random balled spots on my legs

I have nordica W8s. Most comfortable boots I have ever had and I have had my fair share of boots.

My boots are super comfortable ( rossi salto ) but after I wear them for like 3-4 hours, they hurt

yah um my 1080s used to hurt like hell. i guess it's because of my girl calves, seeing as i am a girl. and they wouldn't buckle. so i got them cut and fit and like the buckles all fixed by my local shop.

allrite so i had salomon pro model boots and they are some pretty killer boots. but they don't have much comfort, just last week the padding packed out on me and my toes move all around causing some serious toe injury (my toenail is about to fall off) anyways, i just bought some 1080's boots and they are alot more comfortable than the pro model boot.

it's nice having a roomate sponsored by salomon.

get something that fits well. i got a pair of technicas, and aside from the bolts falling out nce in a while they are the best boots ever. fit is important, and it will make you actually like getting in your ski boots.
It would be cool to Americanize this poop show somehow. But, instead of squeezing poop out of animals, we could beat Chinese hookers with crowbars. - random net person that i found on a site shown to me by apple

Boots hurt regardless man. you gotta learn how to blow em out and make the plastic form perfectly to your foot. Takes some work, well worth it.

my boots are so damn comfortable. i wear them around the house without socks sometimes. they only really hurt me when i walk a super long was through the parking lot in them.

Every pair of boots I get I always contort them into monsters that fit almost nothing like the original boots do. Punch out the shell here, add some foam inserts there, etc.etc. Any good shop will be able to do it and your boots will fit perfectly if you invest enough time into it.
