im going to have to say that one of the hick towns such as coventry tolland etc. are better due to the lack of police.

at least back when i was still at GHS house parties were crazy. howver, since the 3 guys passed away in the drunk driving accident, the po are way more strict. i still love it though, it has some really nice open space plus a nice downtown, not as nice as west hartford, i will say that.
