yep a fucking Minor in comption (sp) long story but i got caught in a parking lot out side a club in boise i wan't drinking i was ready buzzed and the cop saw my friend take a drink and roled up on bikes and caught my friend taking another drink... we got the sobriaty test and i fail bad and we both got tickets and now we have to go court (i live almost 300 miles away) and shit like that. HOLY GAYNESS i'm pissed

i got an mip in boise and got my license suspended for 3 months and a bunch of fines it sucked, so if you get of with just that you should feel lucky

holy shit.... you gota be kidding me.... that is crazy. around here (toronto ontario) if they catch you drinking in the street they take your booze away. that is all. if you are super young tey will charge you with under age drinking... give you a ticket and call your parents. none of this court and fucking comunty service -and definitely no jail. that is fucked up.
