Edits have played a major roll since the inception of Newschoolers so the argument of which is the GOAT has been on going since then.

The list you are voting on encompasses some of the edits that we couldn't decide on to include in our final vote so we turn to you folks, the community, to decide which 5 edits will make it through to the finals to join these 11 edits picked by the NS staff:

After the Wild Card voting concludes, the top 5 edits will join our 11 to comprise the finals. Theses 16 edits will duke it out in bracket-style, head to head battles to see who will reign supreme as the Greatest Edit of All-Time.

Not my personal favorite, but one of those days is probably the biggest edit out there in terms of recognition.

i’m confused, travis heed’s wicked segment is a segment from a full length film, not an edit. I don’t see how that can be included at all, let alone in the pre qualifying group


also its criminal to not have the original jiberish edit prequalified

not sure what the criteria for a goat ski edit is but i'd suggest spring slush with clayton vila and paul bergeron or that edit with henrik on snowblades

I liked Deadkind more than SOVEREIGN. Dont get me wrong theyre both amazing edits but Deadkind was dropped out of nowhere and made Jake Carney a legend overnight.

But my vote goes for: Jiberish Welcomes Clayton Villa and Sean Jordan

I must admit the OOTD's series is probably as close to a GOAT as a few others.

Now I have a new pair of those 5.0's. I skied them for a run on piste just to test them. There was a helicopter in my way, so I just jumped over that puppy. Nice sticks!

IDK. I guess it's going to depend on how often I get to ski and conditions. Darn virus!

I have a pair of Atomic WC FIS GS ski yet to test.

It's crazy to not include A Day in the Park with Gus Kenworthy. At the time, that was the craziest edit since Wally's Superunknown. Ending it with a kangaroo flip was unprecedented in 2008.
