i did something...idk what...2 years ago doctor said maybe hernia too small to find , maybe groin pull , but I used to go 3+ Times, then outta nowhere constipated first time in life, took fiber supplement and laxative puked 100 times in 12 hours , it was a blast now I have to maintain an ultra focused diet and exercise to hit one out every am and not have a pain in me intestine
ive landed on my hip from 15ft going like mach3 , took a ski pole to the gut once, broke my hand skiing, fell down once jerk/cleaning 225 but I wasn’t at all hurt just lost balanced and dumped the weight

MinggTake a laxative or stool softener. Drink more water. Take a walk. Massage your stomach in a clockwise direction. If that doesn’t help, go to the doctor/Er
