Stir some shit up among your base by spouting unfounded bullshit or retweeting some inflammatory partisan shit with violence in it followed by some call to action for the true patriots to prepare and be ready to fight. If there is a shooter or incident then you go back to delete tweets before posting something along the lines of saying how sad it is and that violence is never the answer. Sure they aren't condoning it explicitly because that would be political suicide, exactly why the woman who made the tweets is already fired.
