I’m not saying 17 year old can’t shoot guns but they need adult supervision.

Jemsdamn dude didn’t even cop a weapons charge that’s kind of fucked
SuspiciousFishThis is a good take. Kyle was not part of any militia and Rosenbaum was not even part of BLM really. Most of the political protestors were at the courthouse with random looters and arsonists running around causing trouble.
LonelyJust take the black pill man.
Societies can only last so long

AndrewGravesSVSeems about right in my book, personally I think Kyle should go to prison/jail for some sort of manslaughter type charge but first degree homicide was never going to happen. It seems like he really acted in self defense cause idk what you expect if you chase a guy with a gun intending to beat them up. The other two people he shot I think gets murky cause he was identified as an active shooter which meant people felt their lives threatened and to take steps against the threat. I think you could argue that they were trying to act in self defense just as you can say kyle acted in self defense when the mob tried to go after him. Within our laws as they're written kyle was completely fine after the other medic admitted he pointed a gun at him.
I think the shitty precedent this verdict sets is that it does legitimize militia groups to show up to counter protest. These are unqualified and untrained people with tons of guns who see themselves as the chosen people to save the country. They can show up to a protest under the guise of safety, try to provoke an already angry group of people, and know if they succeed then they can shoot em and get off. Over 90 percent of BLM protests are peaceful. Adding ideologically opposite counterprotestors armed to the teeth can't help already tense situations and deplatforms movements that have very legitimate grievances with our society.
Craw_DaddyPlease educate yourself on self defense and defensive gun use man. This doesn't set any "precedent". Guns are used defensively ALL THE TIME. Whether or not that use qualifies as self defense depends on the specific gun laws of the state and even municipality that you're in. A jury in a state that supports constitutional carry and stand your ground laws will be far more generous to defendants than one with may-issue concealed carry and duty to retreat laws.

skeirmanPedophiles and felons furious.
skiermanI'm going to laugh so hard when there's a string of white supremists shooting unarmed protestors because of this ruling. I guess Repuglicants are going full bore with "its OK to murder your fellow citizens, just make sure you're not caught provoking the attack so you can claim self defense!"
I wonder how Republicans will blame Democrats for the downfall of the U.S. after they destroy democracy.
dolanslebensraumCry harder, firecrotch
Good_DeedOk no. People are more worried about hate groups that use the cover of militia groups now having the green light to literally play judge, jury and sentence people to death in a whim on the streets.
skiermanI find it interesting you never address the fact that you have a tiny penis.
Film.“But what about the precedent the Rittenhouse verdict sets?!?!”
That precedent is pretty old, it’s called the privilege of self-defense
Good_DeedIt is a fact that hate groups are empowered with this ruling. No if and or buts about it.
Craw_DaddyNo, actually that's just your opinion.

Craw_Daddy"Experts" can say all they want. That doesnt mean their opinions are facts. You need to learn the difference between subjectivity and objectivity before you make more stupid claims like "it is a fact that this ruling will empower hate groups." There is no possible way for you or anyone to know that.
T.L.I don't chug soy milk, so, no.

Good_DeedBut what about is a right wing move. I'm not saying but this but that to ignore the actual facts. It is a fact that hate groups are empowered with this ruling. No if and or buts about it.
Overheard people talking about the ruling yesterday and I will quote them
Guy one " now the case in Georgia needs to let those guys walk after they shot that allegedly jogger"
Guy two "yup and th guys in court in charleston need to be set free, they have the right to free speech."
This is the issue white hate is pushing the goal post in their favor. They are taking laws and twisting them to work for them. The legal system in this country is beyond flawed and allows this to happen.
Freedom isn't allowing citizens to kill one another out of fear and get away with it. That's murder and should be treated as such.
Craw_DaddyHahaha okay man its obvious that my point is lost on you. Hopefully you learn this lesson before people start taking advantage of you. Experts opinions should be respected but they are not gospel. Until you can take surveys of members of extremist groups and form linear regression models based on all the variables mentioned by this expert, which you cant, you can not state that it is a fact that this ruling will empower them.
Good_DeedLet the hate out man. It's not okay to hold hate against others because they are not like you. Some day you and others that think like you will come to terms with it and release it.
It's understandable the majority of people on this site grew up isolated by the world either by a rural setting or a upper middle class town that has laws written in to keep it white as the snow we ski. Both environments cause blind hate towards people not like you, a form of modern day tribalism. One day you will see this and realize that the hate you are holding onto is there and you can let it go and be kind to everyone.
Craw_DaddyOkay... whatever you say man... just to be clear here your assertion that this ruling will embolden right wing extremists to shoot protesters is an opinion, your opinion, and not a fact. And until you can produce a study that excludes confounding variables and shows a statistically significant increase in the amount of violent crime committed by these groups correlated with this court ruling, your opinion will remain just an opinion.

It's like you can't see what's happening or have chosen to avoid the truth.
WASHINGTON —
U.S. national security and law enforcement agencies are battling what they describe as a “significant jump” in threats from domestic terrorists, many of whom are acting on their own and motivated by racial animosity or anti-government ideology.
Officials, testifying before lawmakers Tuesday, echoed warnings from earlier this year that the most lethal threats to the United States are homegrown, with white supremacist ideology and personal grievances driving a growing number of so-called lone actors to action.

Craw_DaddyYeah you're falling for the same fear mongering rhetoric that Bush and Powell used to get us into Iraq. A war that costed us trillions and killed close to a million people. We already have the patriot act and now you want the government to take away our 2nd ammendment right to bear arms. I'm not scared of domestic terrorism. I'm scared of a government controlled by billionaires and corporate lobbyists taking my rights away. You should be too.

Good_DeedYou're not scared because you have the same mind set as them. You have proven that with your statements.
You used the but and look over here method typical of the right by trying to shift the topic to something else.
Try to stay on topic it you are capable.

Craw_DaddyYou're citing sources that throw around terms like "hyper-tribalism" and really believe you're not giving into fear mongering? I feel bad for you man. I know the cognitive dissonance you're experiencing right now must be extremely uncomfortable but please try to reach past it and see how fucking silly you look.
snowfinderHe ran towards danger when he drove 30 miles to walk around with a weapon of death and then used it to kill people. He got what he wanted dead protesters, I hope his prize is jail for life.
Good_DeedIt's not fear mongering it's real. You are scared of inner city gangs. While the rest of America is worried about the nut job next door with a Trump 2020 flag still up and collecting guns and ammo for the civil war they do desperately want to happen. Instead of working with fellow Americans they rather kill them.
These people are real. These people are all over the country. These people are creating groups with liked minded people such as yourself. It's not fear it's reality.

Craw_DaddySo it looks like the guy who plowed into that crowd in Waukesha, killing 5 and injuring 40 (18 of which were children), was a black nationalist and democrat. But yeah man, stay scared of people on the right. and look at all the stupid fucks on the left who are tweeting that this was justified because of the rittenhouse ruling. Yeah you people are totally fucked in the head. seek help man.
skiermanHe was fleeing a crime scene, you stupid fuck. Let me know when ANTIFA goes into a Wal Mart or church and starts gunning down white people and says he's doing it because they're white Trump supporters and maybe your argument won't sound totally fucking idiotic.
Craw_DaddyHow many people on the right came out after those tragedies and CONDONED THEM??? Fucking none. Yet I go on reddit and see and see people saying that this senseless evil is justified. Its fucking disgusting man. Go watch the video of it happening then look at the crazy bastards tweeting about it because they're mad about a court ruling.
skiermanI find it interesting you never address the fact that you have a tiny penis.
skiermanI find it interesting you never address the fact that you have a tiny penis.
skiermanYou just incorrectly assumed a motivation behind the car plowing into people in order to justify a fake narrative that the real threat are black nationalists and liberals.
Holy fuck, you are a jackass.
skeirman"Identified as an active shooter," says the dude that didn't watch the trial. You probably also do not really understand why the gun charge was dismissed.
