I’m not saying 17 year old can’t shoot guns but they need adult supervision.

SuspiciousFishDude holy crap Kyle straight up fainted and hit the deck.
BiffbarfHis dome bounced off the desk 100% lol
BombogenesisJustice definitely prevailed here… whether or not you interpret that what he did was wrong the state failed to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. That’s what a verdict is based on.
Good_Deedkarma always wins in the end. the killer will commit another crime and end up in jail where he belongs.
CaseyThey said he was lucky to be in Wisconsin where the state self defense law is stronger. The prosecution would have a lower burden of proof elsewhere.

Good_DeedSadly the real outcome of this case is the empowerment those on the right will get with the aspect of self protection. They will be more willing to use the weapon whenever they think it is necessary to protect themselves. They will fail to recognize that they are the issue. The fact they are walking around with a gun n that can take a simple disagreement to a murder in a blink of an eye and then they can say they feared for their life. This is going to happen more now because of the failure of the legal system.
It's truly sad so many weak, pathetic, fearful, and unstable people support this outcome.

Film.Oh no! When a bunch of out of towner antifa arsonists come to your town and burn it down you can defend yourself and your property. Oh the horror!
Good_DeedI don't live in fox new land. this will never happen
skeirmanYeah, god forbid people feel like they have the right to defend themselves when being attacked.
Good_DeedIf you open carry in the back of your mind you want to use it. You will justify any reason to use it.
skeirmanNah. But if someone attacks you, you can defend yourself. I know criminals hate that. But if you want to avoid getting smoked, don't run people down and attack them. Pretty simple.

BiffbarfWhy do people who don't like guns project their feelings on to others as if they had a gun? Just because that's what you'd think doesn't make it true.
Film. The worst people in America are seething right now.
Good_Deedat a peaceful protest
SuspiciousFishDude holy crap Kyle straight up fainted and hit the deck.
T.L.Muh whutabout tha copz. No one here is excusing bad behavior of cops or fucked juries who acquit them. Shit argument. Get better.
That's not what he was saying at all. He was saying that even if he had been the aggressor, the dynamics change when he begins to leave the situation. There's video that shows the beginning of where he begins to chase kyle down the sidewalk and up into the parking lot.
The facts are just as he states and my opinion is the same that none of those retards should have been there in the first place but reality is reality. He defended himself and the mob tried to jump him. He will plead guilty to open carrying underage and nothing else will stick. This is another classic case of overcharging before all the facts have emerged to incite riots later on.
Film.
skiermanI'm going to laugh so hard when there's a string of white supremists shooting unarmed protestors because of this ruling. I guess Repuglicants are going full bore with "its OK to murder your fellow citizens, just make sure you're not caught provoking the attack so you can claim self defense!"
I wonder how Republicans will blame Democrats for the downfall of the U.S. after they destroy democracy.
BombogenesisThe room temperature IQ people really come out on days like today
r00kieTo bad verdicts are reached based on the facts presented in trial and not whatever partisan, fatalistic, consequences political pundits are claiming. So sad for you. So so sad thats the way the justice system works.
BombogenesisYou're learning
r00kieI have no idea what you're getting at here. Must be my room temperature iq? Perhaps you could elaborate for us?

Bombogenesisyou're gonna see idiots like Scottie come out of the woodwork and say stupid, uninformed shit on days like today. Don't even engage them. These people don't think rationally.

skierman"We will stop them. Catch and Detain! Judicial Activism, by people who know nothing about security and the safety of our citizens, is putting our country in great danger. Not good!" - Donald Trump
I STAND WITH TRUMP!
BombogenesisI don’t really believe that he should’ve been there in the first place. A 17-year-old going and playing G.I. Joe isn’t necessarily something I want to see happen a ton. But based on the witness testimony and the video I really think the verdict was solid.
Craw_DaddyYeah he would've caught a charge in states like Massachusetts or Commifornia.

r00kieOh for sure, and they'll come from all sides to. Can't wait to see facebook post about the justice system upholding white supremecy followed by one praising that the right to self defense is still alive as if it could have been lost.
LonelyJust take the black pill man.
Societies can only last so long
CaseyI know I agree that the conflict he got into was entirely preventable, which all sides should agree that is just really unfortunate and tragic that chaos spiraled out of control and it became deadly. Ultimately this case becoming such a political game for BLM vs White Nationalist militias is a terrible side effect that is inflaming extremists.
I think it’s important to consider the perspectives of people that don’t agree with each other. If I was a black person in Kenosha and went out to protest the unjust killing of another African American by the hands of police in my city and the modern day Klan shows up, kills people and walks for it that is obviously going to piss some people off.
At the same time when you strip away the politics and get down to the brass tacks facts of the case it’s a lot more of an individual matter of 1v1 interactions- if person A comes at person B when they are clearly armed what constitutes the right to shoot to protect oneself.
r00kieIs the black pill the politically homeless one? Cause I'm pretty much there at this point.
LonelyI guess that would be sort of included...? Moreso just that politics, and society, in general, is fucked and there seems to be very little we can do to fix it and a whole lot of shit accelerating it towards destruction.
Film.You are a terrible person
