I’m not saying 17 year old can’t shoot guns but they need adult supervision.

Good_Deedcoming from you how ironic
Good_DeedHave yet to see any actual evidence of the guy being pedo.
BiffbarfNah dog. You played yourself making this political.
Good_DeedI made one of the most political murder trials of this year, political? I did this on ns? Wow thanks.
BiffbarfYou disregarded blatent evidence in support of your team, so instead of looking at a case objectively you make things up like a child, which is literally everything wrong with modern politics. You played yourself.
Good_Deedyou just described 4 years of maga followers under trump, not me.
Film.Jumpkick man was found!
Shocker another lifelong felon who was on probation at the time of the incident.

BiffbarfIt's been every side, especially you, you fucking troglodyte.
Good_Deedjudge is doing it to by using a maga rally song.

what kind of JuDgE leaves his phone on during a huge trial. One that's wants to make a political statement.
But hey he was was nice to Kyle and mean to the other side so you like him, and among other reasons you won't admit.

SuspiciousFishIts 'God Bless the USA' you idiot. He probably set it to that for Veterans Day or something.
skeirmanYou think the judge left his phone ringer on purposely? In order to make a political statement?
Good_Deedeither that or he is very unprofessional. probably both. after seeing him joke around about saving texts with screen shots to email to himself later so he can read them. When he tried to zoom in on them the words become blurry and he doesn't understand why. mind you he said this during a murder trial.
Good_Deedhelps when the judge is a white supremacists.
Good_Deedsums up the mind set of the 10 maga guys on ns.

XtRemE11Hahahaha Jesus what a total miss, great demonstration of the left having no idea what they support or why. Then trying to make a joke out if it. this is why the left can't meme
BombogenesisIn all seriousness the hope is that justice prevails in this case… if it means Rittenhouse is guilty because the court finds him that way, so be it. If he’s exonerated because the law allows for that, so be it. My worry is that the current political climate and juror intimidation will have some role one way or another. AFAIK the jurors weren’t sequestered. This is gonna set a precedent either way.

r00kieJury is back. Time for this thread to really hit the fan.
LonelyThe prosecution actually killed it in the closing statement. Really painted him as a villain. Prior to closing statements, I would say that there was an 85% chance that he would walk. Now I think it's more like 65%.
Any bets?

SuspiciousFishWhere do you have the Jury is back? I think they just went down to the courtroom to review the Drone footage.
r00kieI jumped on the live stream right as they were clearing the room. I may have misunderstood what was happening but I don't recall hearing anything about the drone footage.
SuspiciousFishThere were a bunch of deliberations between the prosecution and defense if they should allow the Jury to come down and review the High Def drone footage again. The Defense tried to declare a mistrial over it but the Judge refused and allowed the Jury to come down and review it. I guess when the jury comes back to review evidence they have to completely clear the courtroom.

r00kieConvicted?
r00kiea jury of kenosha community members probably don't take to kindly to kyle coming from out of town.
Craw_DaddyNo I just had the trial pulled up in a tab and got excited when I heard the judge start talking. they still haven't reached a verdict
Monsieur_PatateBtw, I find it kind of weird that the judge has not yet ruled on the previous mistrial motion from way back when, not sure if it's common practice or not?
I get reserving his decision until the end trial to see where things would go, but now that it's over and the jury is deliberating, why is that still an open item?
It looks like it could be for the judge to have in his back pocket a way to cancel everything if he doesn't like the jury's verdict? But I don't know shit about trials, so maybe it's common practice, idk, just seems funky.
SuspiciousFishTo be honest I was really wondering about that as well. Its strange the judge would just sit on the motion even during jury deliberations. The judge seemed pretty impartial about letting the Jury view the HD drone footage and even kind of shot the Defense down so I dont know what he is trying to do. I would say that if the jury finds Kyle guilty and the judge grants the mistrial motion after the fact then all hell will break loose.
theLiquorI heard judge did declare a mistrial. But idk about the guilty verdict, if he even let it get that far.

skeirmanyou ok?
CaseyI’m not a lawyer either but my take from watching it live was basically like the motion was held open because the judge really did not want to grant a mistrial but he was also not wanting to give the prosecution any more slack on what he deemed to be in defiance of his previous motions so it was like an open threat to get them to tow the line. I seriously doubt the judge gives enough of a shit about Rittenhouse to defy the jury that would be really bizarre.
Good_DeedRittenhouse team not a fan of more evidence being requested. One can only wonder why that would be? Oh right shows him being a bad guy with a gun that's why.
