Skateboarder dies protecting others while fighting domestic terrorist.
All i hear is about how Rittenhouse was running away from the skateboarder and other guy carrying a pistol so it was self defense. But I still haven’t heard any defense for the reason they were trying to get gun away from him—because he already had killed another.
idk how many of you are from Colorado but just this year we had a gunman open fire in downtown Arvada. It’s unclear whether he was just targeting police, or anybody in sight. He’s dead, because a good guy with a gun heard it happdn and ran out and shot the gunman. As good guy was taking the AR15 or whatever from the gunman, police immediately identified him as the threat and shot the guy to death who was just protecting them. Just this week it was announced no charges would be filed against officer who shot the guy. No surprises, but do you not see the fucking issue at hand? I’m all for owning AR-15s and emptying 30rd magazines in the woods to your hearts content. But you need to accept the consequences of everyone including gun carrying good guys, assuming you’re the threat when you’re walking around town with an AR-15 and they hear gunfire.
Fuck thus country. And i own guns and AR15s but this whole 2A defense is getting so fucking out of hand

People can assume all they want. But they'll be held accountable of their actions so it's best to be 100% certain, instead of assuming, if they take action. You probably shouldn't go attack someone due to what you hear from strangers, just in case their wrong. This trial shows this pretty clearly.

Film.I think Rittenhouse getting accused on the weapons possession charge is fair. But all the other ones shouldn’t stick due to self defense.
The curfew one already got dropped. But the way the defense is doing such a terrible job the possession of a weapon charge may not even stick which he is definitely guilty of IMO.
After hearing the new evidence that he didn't even bring it across state lines/ charge was dropped, I now think a full acquittal is necessary.

Yeah, In many cases of child molestation They find that the actions of the perpetrator are rooted in things that go back to their childhood. Many of them are molested themselves, raised super badly or just generally have a shit upbringing. I agree that Rosenbaum the pedophiles parents were probably shit.

Binger was trying to get a reaction from the defense to say it was crazy he was pointing a gun at innocent people to prove a point that Rittenhouse was "provoking" people by allegedly pointing the gun from their "enhanced" blob photo. Defense didn't fail for the bait and Binger just looked like a nut case.
