I’m not saying 17 year old can’t shoot guns but they need adult supervision.

LonelyBlack guy shot in the back for breaking the law " He deserved it he broke the law"
White kid shoots 3 people while breaking federal and state laws "He is a patriot"
ScaryDumpTruckThe officers were told of Blake's open warrant for felony sexual assault (3rd degree) they both tried to tase him, both times it failed. He continued to ignore the polices orders and he also had a knife in his car and it was very possible that he could have had a gun. That's why he was shot.
On the other hand, the kid was defending himself (he did not fire the first shot), in all accounts he was running away from the danger not towards it. However, the AR-15 he had was illegally owned (like one of the people he shot had an ilegally owned handgun as well). So I think he should be charged for illegal use of the gun but nothing else but he is 17 so we will see what happens.
snowfinderHe ran towards danger when he drove 30 miles to walk around with a weapon of death and then used it to kill people. He got what he wanted dead protesters, I hope his prize is jail for life.

Dustin. He was chased by those people and 1 of them actually shot first. The video clearly shows him running away, getting attacked, then defending himself.
He's an idiot for carrying a rifle at the age of 17 and driving 30 miles to the riots. No need to put yourself in that scenario. However, your thread title is fucking dumb. Curb your bias and look at what actually happened. He's the one who called 911...
LonelyHere's the thing that gets me about that video, the officer already had hands-on blake. Any cpl instructor will tell you that if you feel the need to take out your firearm, the first thing you should do is get outside that person's reach unless you want the potential for your firearm to be used against you. The officer had his gun out and his hand on blake for almost 3 seconds, with two other officers right there. People ignore police orders all the time. It's shitty. I don't think they should be shot 7 times in the back for it. I don't think our policing should be modeled off of Dredd. I hate to bring up this example but look at what Aidan Sheehan was doing a month back. Mental break down had weapons in the vehicle and was driving dangerously. I don't think he should get shot 7 times if he doesn't comply with orders.
On the topic of Kyle, he loses the legal claim to self-defense, as everyone does when they are committing a crime. At the end of the day, if he wanted to defend himself, he should have stayed home instead of driving across state lines to a protest. Instead, he decided to go larp, calling himself EMS and acting like any 17 who thinks that they are r/verybadass. People are defending him as a patriot, but to give an exaggerated example, do we want to live in a society where an untrained 17-year-old listening to police scanners here's about a gas station robbery and drives 20 minutes to stop the bad guys, and ends up killing and injuring 3 people? I sure don't. That's the issue with vigilantes.
On the topic of other people having guns illegally, or being bad people, two crimes doesn't equal a non-crime. Cuz at the end of the day where do you draw the line. Would kyle be justified for killing a guy if he had a felony for marijuana possession? No. That's for the justice system to decide, not a pudgy kid with an AR.
People who celebrate those people being shot and killed must hate one of the core fundamentals of our justice system, that you are innocent until proven guilty and the fact that we have a justice system at all.

BiffbarfNot just any weapon, a weapon of DEATH

theabortionatorHe crossed state lines with an illegally owned weapon with the intention to fuck shit up. I mean obviously he was trying to be a hero, prolly felt he was doing the right thing. You're fucking cooked in the head if you think that's self defense. He went looking for trouble, found it, killed two people, shot another.
Unfortunately he was probably brainwashed by douchebags being a kid. It sucks but 2 people are dead, it wasn't self defense.

SnowshoeThompsonThat kid is one hell of a shot. Literally disarmed the dude with the 9 while being assaulted by pissed off soy boys. Jesus Christ it’s Jason Bourne
nuno81291And to the non cooked in the head crowd we see a young man being assaulted by instigators, violent rioters (who also shouldn’t have been there) making the first move. Did you see the video of that bald convicted rapist at the gas station? This isn’t a social movement, it is a bunch of lawless criminals destroying society as we know it. All I have seen from my lefty friends is support for destruction and violence. When (not if) an all out civil war erupts, y’all dressed in black will get put down like dogs.

.MASSHOLE.You seem to think the violent rioters and instigators are one in the same as the protestors. They're not. Stop watching Fox. It's clear by your rhetoric you consume a LOT of right-leaning media ("lefty", "destroying society as we know it", etc.).
Almost every time violence erupts during the protests, the families/people who were at the root cause of said protests, condemn it.
For every person there is rioting and looting, there are more who are calmly and legally marching and protesting.
vibechecktony hawk
snowfinderChecked out when he said Kyle was no longer the aggressor when he started to run away. How many people have cops shot in the back running away and they blame the person running away?
Also by saying that he was NO longer the aggressor he openly admitted that the kid started the whole situation.

Lonely(2) Provocation affects the privilege of self-defense as follows:
939.48(2)(a)(a) A person who engages in unlawful conduct of a type likely to provoke others to attack him or her and thereby does provoke an attack is not entitled to claim the privilege of self-defense against such attack, except when the attack which ensues is of a type causing the person engaging in the unlawful conduct to reasonably believe that he or she is in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm. In such a case, the person engaging in the unlawful conduct is privileged to act in self-defense, but the person is not privileged to resort to the use of force intended or likely to cause death to the person's assailant unless the person reasonably believes he or she has exhausted every other reasonable means to escape from or otherwise avoid death or great bodily harm at the hands of his or her assailant.

T.L.Muh whutabout tha copz. No one here is excusing bad behavior of cops or fucked juries who acquit them. Shit argument. Get better.
That's not what he was saying at all. He was saying that even if he had been the aggressor, the dynamics change when he begins to leave the situation. There's video that shows the beginning of where he begins to chase kyle down the sidewalk and up into the parking lot.
The facts are just as he states and my opinion is the same that none of those retards should have been there in the first place but reality is reality. He defended himself and the mob tried to jump him. He will plead guilty to open carrying underage and nothing else will stick. This is another classic case of overcharging before all the facts have emerged to incite riots later on.

theabortionatorIf you travel to a place with a rifle walking the streets, then get harrased, you can shoot anybody you want. Seems legit.

.MASSHOLE.In what fucking world does having an open warrant for felony sexual assault, regardless of the degree, having a knife in the CAR, and possibly a gun, mean someone needs to be shot, 7 times, in the back?
What. the. fuck.
Seriously.
Having an open warrant for sexual assault doesn't.
Having a knife in the CAR doesn't.
Possibly having a gun? For fucks sake. This is America remember? In Wisconsin, the Supreme Court ruled one can have a CONCEALED weapon in a vehicle with a permit, and one in the open w/o it.

nuno81291Violence begets violence. BLM and antifa want blood in the streets, it will mostly be theirs. To be clear I don’t support any of it from either side, but you reap what you sow
