Get enough sleep.
If you stop consuming caffeine for a week or so it might be hard for the first few days but you'll probably find after a week, you might not feel as tired without it. Worked for me but now I'm drinking coffee and tea regularly again just because I like it so much.
Avoid screen time for an hour before bed, read a book or something instead.
If you feel tired after work take a nap, or take a siesta mid day if you can.
I find a shower, especially alternating hot and cold water is really good for waking up, or a swim if you live near a lake or the ocean. Even going for a bike ride or run is good for waking up.
