MXmxDamn, and I was starting to think that their new sugar daddy (Spyder) was turning things around.
We really need a brand of ultra high quality clothes like Arcteryx for park skiing.

Saga. You mean like Trew, Strafe, Flylow and Jiberish all tried to do? Only to realize that people who primarily ride park don't like to pay for that sort of quality. Any time a brand tries to make high quality outerwear for freeskiers they're met with "I'll wait for it to go on sale".
p.s. Spyder isn't the parent company. We're licensed by the same parent company as Spyder and working alongside them.
eheathyoure actually a moron dude
skeirmanNope. I have been trying to get my jacket repaired under warranty FOR MONTHS. They just flat out ignore emails. As of today, the damn thing is still sitting here in my house and the season is around the corner. I honestly think that if they ever responded and I did mail the jacket to them that I would just never see it again and never hear a word from them.
eheathnobody cares that you don't like saga dude.
MXmxWhy? Cuz you have some connection to Saga? Don’t know why you defend them so much.
MXmxNo one cares that you are in sagas back pocket
MXmxJiberish high quality? Lol
didnt think their screen printed hoodies and shirts were arcteryx quality.
eheathSorry that I am defending a small brand that is trying to fix their practices from some dipshit on the internet who posts consistently about the same dumb bullshit.

MXmxCome clean, what’s your connection to saga?
used to work for them? Sponsor? Saga give money to this site? Free skis, gear, trips, etc?
every time someone posts something critical you come out of the woodwork and troll with flames, insults and attacks. Why would you do that? What’s in it for you?
MXmxDamn, and I was starting to think that their new sugar daddy (Spyder) was turning things around.

eheathI've literally only defended saga to you, because you're a dense piece of shit who came out of nowhere to shit on saga. I said this earlier, I have friends who work for Saga, I used to do contract work for saga, learn how to fucking read kid.
CatdickBojanglesI thought your Armada outerwear was the best ever....
MXmxQuote when I said that.
You also troll Saga threads. What’s your connection?
MXmxReally? Cite that?
About time you come clean.
OP of this thread says it takes 2 years to ship.
Someone else as a few days ago says it’s taking 3 months so far to warranty.
How can you defend that?
eheathI know the guys who work for saga, some better than others, I used to do contract work for Saga, I've watched Saga pump money into the industry and help create some of the best content in the last decade (4bi9, level 1, they see me trollin' to name a few) and the year before they had all these issues, the majority of their new line got robbed out of a container and they didn't recover anything until over a year later.
If you want to dislike saga, don't buy it, but get your bullshit out of this thread where Saga is doing a tremendous job communicating with the community and trying as hard as they can to climb back into the industry, why kick them while they're down?
MXmxJiberish high quality? Lol
didnt think their screen printed hoodies and shirts were arcteryx quality.
closest thing is orage.
Saga. And to try and quash this order delivery/warranty issue, DM me, I'll send you a discount code to order any product you want with the requirement that once you receive it you contact our customer service and return the product. You can then get a first hand experience as to how our delivery and customer service system works now and stop posting comments based off anecdotal evidence.
CatdickBojanglesI don't "troll" Saga threads, you obviously do just to try to rip on them then subsequently get destroyed for not making a single good point or having any knowledge.
eheathOne page back
OP was joking, not sure about the other shit, I'm gonna go ahead and check out of this conversation because you're either a terrible troll or an absolute idiot.
MXmxIn your defense, you troll just about everyone.
Saga backstabbed skiing to chase new money
Post from a few days ago cites months long warranty claims.
OP states 2 year ship time
How can you defend that shit show?
MXmxGood. Because you finally revealed your major conflict of interest.
Dosent take much to buy you...
eheathLOL i dont even use any saga gear, nor do I go out of my way to promote them, you're just a fucking idiot dude.
MXmxExcept for the fact you have a photo posted wearing their shirt with their sticker on your car....
Thought you were tapping out?

CatdickBojanglesWait you think this is @eheath???
P.S. why won’t you reply to sagas comment?

Saga. You are dense. As another user said, I was referring to when Jiberish made outerwear for a year or two. They were charging around $600 for a jacket and $400 or more for pants. They're no longer making (technical)outerwear.

MXmxDid saga ever handle your warranty or did they still screw you over by ghosting you?
Thought everything was changing for the better after they ditched Utah for Colorado....
skeirmanSo literally today they finally sent me a shipping label, and I sent them the jacket. Keeping a prayer vigil this works after so many months.
eheathYou're so fucking bad a trolling dude.

MXmxCan you give me some tips?
soupI bet you were using the wrong email. I did that last season, they changed their contact email. I emailed three times with no reply Then made a post on social media saying how bad saga was. They messAged me within an hour and wrote their email down. I went and checked and I'd been emailing an old customer service email. Man I felt like a dumbass.
Seriously though, when is the drop for the 21 gear I'm hanging on by a thread I almost ordered virtikA the outer day but can not promote that fool.
Trumpkin2020I'll agree Saga has been getting blasted on here for a while, for many legitimate and illegitimate reasons such as most recently. I've even partook to an extent. However name calling and being this defensive towards potential or past customers looks super bad and reflects poorly on your business. This isn't the first time I've seen posts like this from your account. You need to understand that the customer is always right even if they're a total douche bag like mxmx. Always right doesn't mean they'll get what they want, it just means you gotta take their shit, do your best, and say "have a good day". Otherwise they tell their experiences to others via word of mouth, reducing your reputation which translates to reduced profits. And some people who see your posts and might be a future customer could easily get turned off by this also negatively affecting profits. This behavior demonstrates poor customer service skills which is a huge red flag for any business I see acting this way and I steer clear for good reasons. Take this how you want but the saga account responses, lack of timely responses, and attitude in here has really turned me off from the company even though you do have some nice looking outerwear. The more you post like this, the worse it gets for relations. Learn from the experience, change tactics, and grow.
Yeah stop. You lost this battle two pages ago. BTW op made a joke about the fiasco last year with shipping delays as many have already stated to you.
Trumpkin2020On a positive note, their site is 50% off rn
MXmxLost the battle? How so?
they are ghosting a customer with a warranty claim.
do you think their long ship times were made up?
MXmxSkiing they left for snowboarding.
Trumpkin2020This whole xxx company left for snowboarding argument I've seen on here for places is stupid. Who cares. Clothing can be worn for either.
Trumpkin2020No and that was addressed last year in a totally different much larger thread. It appears most of their issues have resolved though. What's your agenda?
MXmxWhere are the sponsors dollars going? Not skiing as much as before.

goofygoober0104Has saga fixed the problem of delivering their outwear on time? I'm looking at buying a jacket of theirs, but I'm not getting it if it takes 1-2 business years to deliver

danbrownThis is a stale mantra and sounds like you just took customer service 101
Trumpkin2020Lol thanks?... 100% this is me as a customer saying this. It turns customers off, including me, and reduces brand confidence to see immature responses from customer service. If people can't see that, then that's their loss.
