Replying to Anybody gone backpacking in grizzly-infested areas? What guns did you bring.

I feel like if i went with a group of 3-4 people we would need to have a few rifles and at least one pistol in case a grizzly tries to pwn us.

would a 9mm pistol round be enough to give a huge grizzly the idea not to fuck with us or would he just be like “what the fuck was that?” and continue attacking us.

also, would a 6.5 creedmoor round be enough to pwn a grizzly with a head or torso shot?
