It's just chopped ham with some preservatives. It actually is pretty decent considering most of the junk we eat these days. I don't understand the discrimination other than our grandparents who mighta had to eat this and grew sick of it after the 1000th meal

It’s great cause it’s so versatile. I bring it camping often cause it’s great for breakfast, I like to cook some eggs, spam, hash browns, peppers, and onions all in the same pan makes a great farmers feed

yeah i'm sure eating spam is the main reason that native Hawaiians are disproportionately affected by obesity, and not because of any other contextual factors
