DolanReloadedThe easiest way to acquire muscle mass is to eat tuna salad sandwiches all day. If you eat a high protein diet your muscles will over time gain mass. Of course you gotta do some exercise but even running will build uppe body muscle bc the leg muscles will release testosterone from being worked so hard and the test will build muscles all over your body.
if you have slavic genes like these guys then you dont even need to do anything to gain muscle mass. Being slavic is like being black. You just stack muscle without even trying.
Some of my friends are hopelessly frail for some reason. You know the type. You see these guys at the gym. They have a muscle here, a muscle there, but overall they still look scrawny as fuck. maybe these ppl have low testosterone or something idk

DolanReloadedIf ur not lactose intolerant milk is good. Its not chocka block full of protein but the vitamin d is good and milk is great for mixing with protein powder. Tastes much better than mixing it with water as well.
I drink lactose free milk tho. Tastes the same.
