Dennis Rader or the notorious killer known as ''BTK''( Bind, Torture, Kill) was arrested at his home in park city yesterday. He commited like 10 murders from the 1970s to the 90s.he would send the local news station and police things like victims ID's or driver's license.

i heard something that the guy wont get the death penalty cuz since his last committed murder was like in 1990 or something and the death penalty was only introduced in that state in 94. thats what my friend told so if anyone can back that up please do
