eheathAnd i think an all nighter might just promote your body to stay up late again, try to go to bed at a certain time and wake up at the same time every day, you'll be tired for a week but if you actually get up at 8am every day and try to sleep at like 11-12 every night, itll buff out.

eheathI've heard of people who sleep 4 hours at a time, sleep twice a day whenever, tons of theory about sleep schedules out there, but I feel like sleeping 6-8hrs at one time is still the best at least for most people.

DIRTYBUBBLEEasy fix. Instead of going to bed at 6AM just stay up all day and go to bed at 6PM. Don’t fuck around with bad sleep. Healthy sleep is very important

.Dadwake up 2 hours earlier than you did the night before, then the next day another 2 hours. keep going until you're up at the time that you want. caffeine helps and you'll probably be cranky and feel like shit for a few days but it's just something you have to deal with.

TnskiHuckleberries will do the trick, they got tons of antioxidants wich i herd calms your thinking but they're expensive unless you pick them yourself but frozen wild blueberries at safeway are 11$ for alot. It works. If i can't fall asleep I take a melatonin if I still can't sleep i eat a bowl of Huckleberries or wild blueberries. Heres a link about antioxidants and sleep

But I assume you've fixed your sleep schedule by now. I find it easiest to just pull an all nighter and then go to bed at my desired time. Flips it easy. Although I usually end up sleepwalking then...
Also melatonin can help reset your circadian rhythms
