Skateboard deck rails

thinking bout buying sum anyone use them or have experiences with them? do the reduce ur boards pop? should i use one rail or both and which side? and which company makes the best rails?

I've never used rails before but I've heard they actually improve pop because it makes your board that much more rigid.

I think one rail can look pretty cool (personally I'd put it on the heel side) and if I was going to buy some I'd get the Welcome Candy Bars just because I like the company so much. (I know Nora usually uses one rail only.)
