mp3 Id ing

anyone know a good program that can identify artists and title on mp3 files? I have seen ones that can identify by album but im looking for something that does it on a song by song basis.

most can't/don't without the cd. i was in the process of organizing an OSS project to do this where you could tell the program the cd name, it would query the cddb cd key and do it all for you...but...too lazy and i wrote a libid3 program to do it all for me by parsing cdnow's site.
