Send a frontflip or backflip off a 20-30 foot jump if its a kicky 15 that'll work. Make sure you're feelin good that day like do some warmups if you're stomping your tricks and feeling good just put on a favourite song and send it. chances are you'll land first or second try. Do not half ass it you have to fully comit, you have to convince yourself 3 things, I can do it. I won't get hurt. and It doesn't matter if I get hurt. that'll help lose your fear.
The ski's are a big chnge from trampoline and will catch you off guard on your first flip, but send a second flip soon after knowing how the ski's feel and you should be good. Just gotta do it. Once you do you'll forever wonder why you haven't sooner.

If you can misty on a tramp you can misty on skies. Pretty mellow. I felt like learning the towards the landing rotations were less scary for me.

Build a jump to the woods and send it. Super easy to learn flip tricks when you have a steep kicker and a soft landing.

Here are a couple essential tips that have helped me translate scary tricks from tramp to skis:
Remember to keep knees bent so you feel powerful, if you don’t your legs will be shaky.
always Pop reallllyyy hard every time you hit a jump
Even if you mangle the takeoff and you know ur gonna die, do not open up. Think about a ball on a pendulum, it always maintains its momentum because it can’t open up like a scared lil baby in the air. For ex, if you set a trick for 720 and don’t open up in the air. The axis might be a little wacky and you might land super backset or something but you will 100% do a 720. You just gotta accept death and tell yourself that if you don’t open up you will do it.
Remember to keep eyes up on takeoff a huge problem i see with kids leaarning jump tricks is they look at the lip one takeoff causing them to be off balance in the air

Worst case you just move to the east coast and become a swerve skier

Can you backflip? If you can backflip, it's pretty easy to work that in to a flat 3. It can kind of be thought of as using your right arm and punching the back of your right knee (if you spin left). Once you get ahold of the flat 3, you can start to work that in to a flat 5/rodeo 5.
The same can be similarly said about a front flip and a misty 5 (personally I don't do either of these tricks so maybe someone else has some more detail here). If you're confident hitting jumps switch, a misty 5 on tramp can also be envisioned as a switch cork/rodeo 5. That one did scare me to throw initially, but as long as you envision what you're doing and pop on the take off, you'll come right around.
Cork 7, just make sure you have straight 7s down confidently. You can slowly ease in to that cork rotation by dropping your shoulder. I recommend coming in to the jump with a "T set" as opposed to a carving cork 7. Keep the first couple mellow and eventually you'll feel the confidence to go for a legit cork 7.
These are the techniques I used, and I had no proper coaching, so I'm sure someone out there might have some better instructions. I have also never used an air bag or water ramp. **make sure to pop off the lip**
