ON3P sizing

Yo everyone, new ONEP swervy
boi here. I got a Magnus 102 in 181 recently and found it was pretty damn long. In comparison, I have an ARV 116 JJ UL in 185 and they’re the same length. The JJ UL is what I’m used to skiing, but I wanted something slightly shorter for my park ski. 176 seems really short (normally I don’t ski anything under 180) but since they measure their skis differently, would it be weird to go to 176? I’m 5’11 and 180lbs for reference. Other skis consist of Faction CT 1.0 (182) and Faction Prodigy 2.0 (183). Any thoughts? Thanks boys

The ON3P sizings are slightly longer compared to Armada, K2, and Line (probably more). It's a matter of how they measure the skis. That said, the 181s are likely the perfect length for you. I'm 5'7" riding the 176 and even that feels as though it's too short at times. The contact points on the 102s are also much closer to the boot, so it will tend to ski shorter.

I'd suspect you'll enjoy what you got!

I’m also 5’ 11” and 175 lbs. 181 or 186 is a good bet for you even for park.

I had Filthy Riches in 181 and they were great. Picked up a pair of 176 Kartel 98s and they were just too short for feeling stable on jumps. Now on a pair of 186 Jeffrey 108s and even tricks like 270 ons feel fine. Planning to get a pair of 186 Magnus’ for a dedicated park ski sometime in the near future.

I am 5’11 and ride a 186 Jeffery 96 and a 181 Magnus 102. With the massive rocker on the Magnus it will feel super short. So even though holding them up to each other they seem longer, they will ski shorter than your ARVs.

On3p's will size similar to K2's.

ON3P doesn’t necessarily run longer in its lengths. It’s exactly what they say it is. I think this is because other companies measure before putting the skis into the press versus on3p which measures after. 176 are 176 cm. They’re fine if you’re spinning but can’t go wrong with 181 either

Yeah. I have 188 Inthaynes and 184 Billy Goats. Goats are only a hair shorter than the Inthaynes.

How do you like the two? I have the inthaynes and love them, always been curious about the goats but the weird sidecut bugs me out.

Just got the goats a few weeks ago so haven't skied em yet. I love the Inthaynes too, but I have shifts on them and wanted the goats for a burlier resort/cat/heli rig. Plus the goats were like $520 on evo (I think they still have a few pairs of 184s). Couldn't pass that up.

I think 181 is perfect for you for a park ski.

I’m 6’0 165 and ride a 186 Kartel 108 and detuned 181 Jeffrey 96. Kartel is just right and the Jeff feels a bit short unless I’m really chillin and playing around slow.

Keep in mind that the mag’s detune and heavy rocker means there’s less effective edge, and even less of it is sharp. So while it might measure like a 185, in several ways it will ski more like a 181 or even shorter.
