Yunggg_jonI’ve been doing backflips off piers and boats except I go straight up instead of back and almost hit my head. I am used to doing flips on trampoline so I’m not used to going far back when doing backflips. Any tips to go further back so I don’t crack open my skull?
TheMailManI have this exact same problem. I'm happy sending backflips off large kickers in the park but terrified to backflip off a 6ft pier into water, I can't get past the mental block which makes me think I'm going to hit my head. as I've seen videos of me before and I'm fucking close to doing it.
