NS, do I cancel my season pass...?

It's still pretty early to tell, things could open up more by the time winter comes, especially in Australia because it seems like you guys are taking it seriously. I'm not sure what the ticket prices are there but In America, you only need to go a few times really for the season pass to pay itself off so if you think you can squeeze some days in then you should absolutely get it.

What's the deadline to cancel/get a refund? I'd say wait as long as possible and once you have a better idea of what the season looks like make a decision.

If you are already at that point, I'd agree with the above. If you think you'll go enough to break even, keep it.

Yeah this OP? How long do you have? Winter just barely got started. You posting this now is the equivalent of someone here in America posting on Christmas Day asking if the season is going to be canceled. I don't know how it is down there but here the early winter is not always a given sometimes it starts out crap and then is super deep once things get rolling.
I vote that you get the pass and commit to getting in enough days to make it worth it to you. Then plan your life around it and stick to your plan. You will get your days in and there will be sacrafices but I can basically gurantee that you will not have regrets once it is all said and done

Pros of canceling your season's pass:
You might save money, possibly the most worthless of all resources

Cons:
You will potentially lose out on all your skiing for the season
You will have to watch your friends ski while you sit on the couch
You can't meet cute ski girls cause you're fucking without a season's pass
You won't progress
Again, you won't ski even if there is skiing
