Sidewall overhanging the edge

I have an issue where my underfoot sidewall slightly protrudes out from under the top sheet and overhangs the edge slightly. If I try to carve at all then it snags and gets a bit sketch at speed. I can push the sidewall back in but there’s no way to keep it there. Any ideas on how to fix this (I considered filing the protruding sidewall back to being level with the edge but I don’t want to expose the core)

Just take a file seriously that’s what the pros use you don’t need those special tools but those are a option to if you wanna spend more money

drill some small holes into the affected part of the sidewall and inject it with epoxy. then clamp the sidewall back in place. Im not a tech but thats what i would do if I had a loose sidewall.
