CLQI own that gun except for the stainless part
Turd__AuthorityMight not be the fanciest guns but I think Winchester lever action rifles look freaking cool as hell.
T.L.I raise you one yeet cannon.
BradAusNzCoCaTikkas are nice. Finns make really good munitions.
I used to be really into Milsurps - notably bolt actions. I have a post-war build Czech Kar98k with the winter trigger guard.
These rifles consist of parts in the CZ Brno factory (aka CZ-USA) that were laying around or rejected. They retooled them and sold Kar98ks after the war to sell.
In the interwar period, the Czechs were building VZ-24s (suspiciously close to Mauser builds - many speculate that Germans were behind the scenes but using CZ to get around the post-WW1 restrictions on German munitions). During WW2, the Germans forced CZ to build mausers for troops.
So, after the war, they took these parts and built Kar98ks and sold them. Some went to Israel to establish the Israeli state (you’ll usually know because it’s bored out to 7.62 and will have “7.62” written on it) and some went abroad.
I would take a photo but it’s at my parents home in the states currently. The rifle is beautiful and it shoots like a dream.
DolanReloadedNice. You live in australia or nz?
BradAusNzCoCaI’m currently in Aus but I’m American. I was here when borders shut so I’m doing a season with my gf here.
I was previously in NZ last summer (their winter).
JAHpowI was planning to custom out a 19, but now instead I'm going to pick up a Shadow Systems MR920 Elite (when I find one in stock)
