See title, summer boredom has me wondering if doing lots of butters would cause skis to delam

Just about anything you do in the park will contribute to delam.
It's just a matter of how long it takes.

any flex causes shear between layers that will eventually lead to delam. but i doubt it would ever actually happen with butters, the ski will probably break another way for a different reason long before, butters don’t really put much wear on a ski.

apply butter to nose to prevent delam. Becel also works well but make sure you lather it on fat

Excessive flex of the the ski will naturally cause the layers to separate, imagine you have a stack of paper and you start to bend it into a C shape. The pieces of paper at the top will stick out further than those on the bottom. the same goes for your ski. So if youre constantly bending your ski like that eventually the topsheet will start to peel off. Personally id take delam in the tip and tail over a snapped ski any day though so just have fun and remember your park skis wont last forever.
