It actually turned out fine bc the light was advertized by the chinese artfox lighting company as having a sound active mode where the light runs through different images/colors/strobes/effects in sync with the beat of the music, but on ghe light they sent me the sound active mode didnt work. It would still do all its pretty visual effects while you played the music, but if you paid close attention you would see that the lights movements were just moving on gheir own and were not listening for the beat of the music. Unless you looked closely you wouldnt notice it but for me it was a dealbreaker like non-sintered bases. I called my credit card company and they sent a claim to the chinamen who refused to give me a refund etc... and my card company ripped the 650$ charge from their bank account and put it back in mine.... because they sold me a defective product that did not fully work like it was advertised to. And the funny thing is, i still have this light. I paid nothing for it, and artfox has not asked me to send it back, probably bc shipping would cost them more than Just building another one in china.
it is blindingly powerful and i think im going to put it in my front yard during halloween. If somebody steals it who cares. I have a better light that moves to the music i just bought recently from germany.
