You will need to get more of that gold coloured wire if you only have that once piece and are hooking up both speakers.

See how the ends of the gold wires are connected to back of the amp? Looks like you loosen the red and black knobs, you will see where the end of the exposed wire will be attached around a piece of metal inside the knob that will then form the connection once the knob is tightened to make the wire stay in place.

Make sure to connect the other end of the wire to the speaker that corresponds to the correct colour. In this case, the side of the wire that is connected to RED on the amp should be connected to the RED on the speaker and the same for the BLACK.

To connect the wire into the speaker, you press in or down on that red or black button above the + or - sign. This will open the little window above the button. Insert the wire into the window and when you release the button it should pinch the wire between two metal plates that completes the circuit.

If it doesnt work, make sure you are going red - red, black - black and that you have a good connections at both ends of the wire.



This makes it sound waaaaay more complicated than it actually is.
