Cork 3s on tramp

Hey NS, I have pretty much every axis on tramp solid and unnatty, except I still can't do a single cork 3/5. I can do one on snow pretty easily but when I try on tramp I jus can't get the feeling. I can cork 3 when I do swub 9s or dub 10s but I can't throw just a single cork 3. Do I just need to stretch more? How did you guys learn to cork 3? Any tips?

I'm now convinced that no one except that one ski addiction guy can do an actual cork 3 on tramp.
Ski Addiction Guy if you have NS I really need your help.

to do a cork 5 on tramp u basically try to do a cork 3 and then over rotate

If you spin left, keep your left arm around your right leg area on takeoff and it will help x1000

I learned cork 5s by trying to do undefflips while looking at the ground the whole time. Still trying to get 3s, someone on here said to keep your shoulders behind your legs or something like that.

I gotchu dog, for cork threes, do a 360 but as you start to rotate bring ur feet up into the air like a pike position. It will throw ur body of axis and u eventually will get more and more corked with practice. DM me on Instagram for videos and more tips

One way that I found helpful was doing a switch cork 540, then doing a switch cork 500, then a switch cork 450.. etc etc and slowly starting further and further round on the take off until it got closer and closer to a cork 3.

make sense?

This one helps because in order to cork 3 especially on a tramp its very common to over rotate and take it to 5 and also cork too hard and this corking too hard is typically caused by using your hips to set the trick. Putting your leading hand around your trailing knee makes the trick way easier because it prevents you from activating your hips so that its easier to set the trick on a proper cork axis and also will make you not over rotate.

This trick will only help you if you know how to do corks already

It is 100 percent different on a trampoline than on a jump because of the lip/landing sets your angle and axis. You can do something that looks like a cork 3 on a trampoline but really it’s just a modified Lincoln loop. I am suprised you can’t 5 tho, for me a cork 5 and cork 7 are set nearly the same.

I want a proper cork 5 which should be complete dif axis on tramp than 7...im sure i could pretz to 5.

do a cork 90 and fall out of it, cork 3 on a tramp will never look like a cork 3 on skis, slightly more like an underflip 3 or lincoln loop, but then again a good cork 3 on skis kind of looks like an underflip 3

Thanks G so you were saying to set a cork 7 and on takeoff hold left have to trailing or set a 3?

nah im not saying do a switch 3, im saying from a switch 5, take off looking forward but with your feet at 90, as if you were doing a cork 4 off a rail. obviously much easier than a cork 3 but a bit harder than a switch 5.

then with that on lock imagine your doing a zeech cork 405 off a rail.... then you're not far off a cork 3 ..etc

Yea def makes sense now that you elaborate usually feels more flipping and Lincolny to me but thanks for the tips
