Pictures then words. Unless, of course, you want to do words then pictures.

Words then pictures. However, there is sometimes an exception for pictures followed by words.

This. Too many times before have I seen it the other way around without any rhyme or reason. Really kind of interesting as it gives you a look into human nature.
