Replying to Cover Up By Canada??

From what i have heard The US pays BC $1.00 a year to fly Nuclear devices over BC and if you phone the government and aske them they wont give you a strait answer no matter what... any one else think this is kind of weird or is it just my imagination running away with my brain again?
