personally I’m not a huge fan of the whole daffy butter thing going off knuckles but I believe when it’s incorporated with jibs/rails it looks sick. Also you can think what you want but that mans really on his own wave and you gotta respect that.

I know someone who knew him when he began working at breck and he was an amazing skier but I think he's just kinda uhh like not the worst but would never watch him for more than 60 seconds

One year i rented snow blades for gaper day and was hoping from daffy to daffy in the lot at a basin. Absolutely fucked the blades up and when i returned them they said its cool cause they werent aloud to rent them to me on that day anyway.

I used to hate on topher pretty hard but I realized thats wrong and idgaf anymore about what he does but you can’t knock me for thinking that daffy butters are absolutely retarded and so are a good amount of the other “creative” tricks happening in skiing rn. Same with the fake style.


You can be a swerve skier with the swag arms and do super dope swervy tricks and it looks so heavy but when you do 3 of them after a front 2 looking like a whacky inflatable arm flailing tube man I can’t help but cringe.

You completely contradicted yourself, saying hating on something is wrong and you 'dont give a fuck' yet you followed it with mulitple statements hating on something in skiing.

Honestly eheath you are absolutely right about me contradicting myself its is because im lying tbh I fucking hate watching him ski but I also hate talking about because im sure hes a super dope guy but I try to keep it as real as a I can and if I saw him irl and he called me out on what im saying I would very respectfully tell him exactly what im saying here im a super nice guy but I also try not to lie about my opinions.

If you don't like their style then don't follow them. I did the same thing with tall t dan. He seems like a cool dude (dan), but I don't really like his brand (not my style) and I don't want to see a lip on blind two in every single ski post. I don't feel the need to make a thread about it tho. No one forces you to watch it, just don't follow him. Same goes for hoaf IMO.

Id be willing to bet your style is terrible compared to them, I know mine is. You don't see them on here talking crap about us though, they probably just dont follow us. I don't see the point of this thread.

If you already have an opinion that you dont like someone or something, why would you choose to continue to watch/view? I never said anything about forming an opinion or your first impression, etc im talking about people who constantly hate on one thing for years like people have been hating on topher.

Blandz clearly has an opinion already (expressed he already didnt like the topic of this thread) so i ask why he even clicked the thread, get outa here with that bullshit.
