SuspiciousFish1. Team edits that have more marketability. Your videos have a rawness to them which is cool but its not as engaging as say the Faction edits. Also, showcase your riders even if they are young and up and coming. There is a lot of buzz about new athletes right now so it would be cool to see them showcased. Even TWOOWT, an obscure brand from Russia got some decent traction here for their TWOOWT Laps edits.
Also do more demos. Direct is cool and you have returns but there is something about walking up to your tent at a mountain and seeing the skis and getting to ride them. Maybe do like a $10 to 20 demo and you get your money put toward the model if you buy it or something. I actually met CR Johnson back in the day at a 4FRNT tent at CU Boulder and that is what made me buy the CRJ when it released some years later. Having people talk to your reps can really get the stoke up in a way digital marketing cant.
2. Also focus on your heritage. Your history page is really cool in in some ways the history of 4FRNT is part of the history of skiing since 2002. (The problem is I cant even find it from your home page.) Maybe get a video together of old clips of all your team riders through the years. Us old guys love nostalgia and the newer kids here are down to see how skiing has evolved. Maybe talk about how your athlete inspired technology has changed. I mean, look at your old VCTs which were planky traditional camber bombers to the camber and early rise tip/tail and reverse sidecut of the CRJ to the new full rocker Devastator. Hoji's skis alone could make a video. You guys have that heritage that other "indy" brands cant bring so you should play it up.
Here is a cool idea which plays against what Jason is doing with J skis with multiple top sheets. Have options for "Heritage" topsheets from different times in your past. The MSP is pretty traditional right now but maybe have options like the 09 colorful sky and tram tower. Those are sick and a lot of those old topsheets will resonate more with the younger riders while the older crowd can have the more conservative option. You guys had some pretty wild topsheets in the past which actually have a style that is popular right now.
Also bring back some apparel from your older brand style that had more edge to it like the cursive and overspray logos. A lot of companies are doing throwback styles and the recent Dumont edit really showed how skiing wants to go back to that culture skiing had back in 09. Especially the cursive logo, I had a sick longsleeve with it that I literally wore until it fell apart and have been bummed since. Not to hate but your new block logo stuff is pretty forgettable.
3. My next pair of skis will probably be your MSP 99 or 107. Need something for those groomer bombing or crusty days.
4. BRING BACK THE CRJ. Now that Thayne is nolonger a rider and you need to rebrand your pow jib ski anyway, now might be a good time. The ski already has kind of a cult following. Also, maybe the EHP too. I think your lineup needs a stiff big mountain bomber that the EHP was. The perception right now is the MHP is for older people who ski groomers, Vandal for Park but not really showcased, the Hoji series is just for touring, the Devastator for jibbing but not everyone is down on full rocker for a resort ski, and the Inthayne is a pow jib tool.
BigPurpleSkiSuitWait hold up!!! Thayne isn't riding for 4frnt anymore?

LonelyAccording to the larger skiing demographic, being the r/skiing group, which is the majority of skiers, 4frnt, line and liberty are "Just new companies that don't make high-quality skis. They are just skis for people on a budget". As if those brands haven't been around for almost 20 years or more making some darn good skis.
safarisamCamber the hoji and I'll never touch that ski again. Its full rocker is what MAKES the ski.
OregonDead4)say what? It would not be a Hoji lMO. Also they made a KYE like that AKA the COL. My buddy likes his and I see them used sometimes. Zero camber is one of my favorite things about my Hojis though. Different flavors for different people though
SkibumsmithI'm not saying they should change the Hoji. I get that people love that ski. Really what I'm saying is, they should make the Kye again. I've got ravens and I'm not gonna lie, I kinda hate them because there's no rebound at the end of the turn. I'm a camber guy. Sorry not sorry.

BiffbarfIdk how successful they are, but I assume you're on the east coast where 4frnt skis dont fit the primary ski demographic (pow). I see plenty of them in CO and have a hard time believing there's none in BC/alberta
GORILLAWALLACEI've been in the alberta rockies for 6 years, and I have seen maybe 3 pairs of 4frnts total. I'm sorry you're so attached to a dying brand but your assumptions are so off base you honestly sound stupid.
CalumSKIwhat skis do u ski though???
GORILLAWALLACEline for financial reasoning.
I have no beef with 4frnt or anything but I live in a booming ski town and have barely seen a pair 4frnt skis where I live and when I do, they are pre-2014. I saw way more 4frnt in the parks of ontario when I was in high school.
they are probably great skis but the business side does not exist in my reality right now.

Biffbarf'4frnt are a k2 brand no?'
'Your assumptions are so off base you honestly sound stupid'
Lol I'm starting to doubt you'd even know a pair if you saw one. But don't get all sweaty bout it dude, if they're not for you that's ok.

CalumSKIThe fact that he said it so confidently and arrogantly. Like please do you research before posting stupid shit gorilla man
GORILLAWALLACEwith a question mark?
excuse me for not knowing the parent company of a dying brand
GORILLAWALLACEyou are really the classic ski gabber weekend warrior fuck wit.
there are lots in colorado, the promise land, surely their marketing is dialed all over the world and everyone loves this brand as much as I do!
get the fuck back to r/skiing dullard
