If you really want to learn that rotation quick and not focus on good form right now thing of it as doing a 180 and then a misty 5 which means looking behind you start by just 180ing then misty 5 then try to combine it slowly. Then go check out Bruce oldhams video on how to do it with good form and what you need to put it on skis

misty 7 dude. for cork 7s try doing 360 backdrops to another 360 on your feet that will help.
