What is the BEST ski movie/edit of all time

I want everyones opinions, my favourite is Stain- oliver hoblitzelle but i think the best one ever is a throw-up between pork frat the edit and G.n.a.r

Finess by the bunch had a huge impact on how I looked at skiing and filming, super cohesive/fluid editing and varied soundtrack. Far Out and Finito are both really good too, Finito is the movie I'd use to convince someone how fun skiing is

on a grand scheme though Teddy Bear Crisis probably still holds the title of best ski movie ever, don't think you could truly make a movie in that same spirit today

Ive watched so many bunch edits and movies while working out and they never fail to get me energized good contributions as for Teddy Bear crises i dont think ive seen it but will for sure check it out!

I know it sounds cliche, but Refresh was one of the first ski movies I ever watched. I was about 15 when it came out.

Also, How We Livin was another good one from Stept.

Mutiny was a huge hit when it came out and it has aged really well. It was the first real street movie I ever saw and it really got me into skiing.

Probably the best soundtrack out of any ski movie, all the songs really blend together. I love the intros to the parts too, with the names made with the little blocks and appearing on the highway signs. And it's all filmed in 16mm if I remember correctly

Freed the Streets/Boolers Ball/Thirsty were the precursors to all of the hyphy IG edits nowadays. In a time when all the big names were putting out slow motion ski porn with no discernable narrative, hood crew was putting out shit that actually had a feeling to it. Most other stuff from that era was just polished, sterile and boring in comparison to hood crew's chaotic, absurdist style. By no means the greatest skiing ever seen but still a notable turning point in beginning the new wave of skiing and a shift in thought about what skiing would become. Certainly worth putting on a top of all time list just given their rawness and long lasting impact whether or not kids know it.

(totally trevor and LTC helped too but the point still stands)

My favs have all been mentioned. But this edit (specifically the 2nd half) gets me more hyped to ski than anything.

Fast spring laps, and pro's going MASSIVE off side booters and cat-tracks. This is how I wish I skiied.

After taking a bit of a hiatus from the ski community as other things came and went in life, I watched mutiny for the first time in February and thought it was damn gnarly. Even hearing that it's 8 years old is nuts just because the skiing was so big.

You should also watch turbo from level 1. it came out the year before refresh. similar vibes, I think turbo is still my fave level 1 flick but some friends mark refresh as their best.
