Favorite store you like to go to.

i had my rifle sent to a bass pro shops near my house and when i walked in i was awe struck. I had never been in a store the size of 4 football fields like that before. And they had more guns,ammo, and supplies than i had ever seen.

second place is sports authority in dillon colorado, which carries like 100 different ski models.

whats your favorite store?

Surf shops and ski shops are always fun to go to, I always try to stop by them whenever I drive by to at least browse what they have. Gotta support the local

The Bass Pro Shop in Memphis is probably the coolest store I've ever been in.
Look at this -










And it's in a giant glass pyramid. There's a bunch of restaurants, one at the very top, bar, bowling alley, hotel. Ponds everywhere with fish in them. Everything from crappies to huge alligator gar. A live alligator exhibit. Ducks that walk around and aren't afraid of you. It's awesome.

My favorite store is probably the gift shop at my favorite state park. Not because of what they have to sell, but because it means I'm at my favorite state park. Also, it smells really nice in there.

if we had a local bass pro shops that big i would hotbox the tits out of my car then go wander around the store
for hours. Are there any stores in the world that are bigger than that place?

I went to the Macy's in NYC once and it's massive, I think it was the largest store in the world at the time (hence the worlds largest store sign). It's is an entire block large

Fun Fact - The Memphis Bass Pro is the 10th largest pyramid in the world haha

I googled that too. It doesnt have high ceilings or huge open spaces though so i dont find it as interesting as the bass pro mechastore

I fuckin love home depot and hardware stores honestly. And Bass pro. I honestly might retire back to the midwest and become a fullblown boomer dad doing yardwork all day in retirement

Lol I still go there. Bought a unit of lumber for a fence at my house 2 days ago. But I would never frame a house with their lumber or take any construction advice from their employees.

My brother is an architect. Its pretty cool to be able to grab a bunch of materials and build something that drastically improves the quality of like for the ppl who live there.



for me its all about the kitchen and living room combo in my opinion. Bedrooms are just rooms but a nice house has to have a pretty open arrangement where the kitchen and living/tv room blend together.

He has an awesome eye for detail and makes things very solid and aesthetic. He overengineers everything (like i advised him to years ago) and his builds can probably take a tornado to the face.

He just bought a waterfront property on the chesapeake bay and is renovating the inside for him and his wife to live in.

architecture is money if you have the eye for it.

I used to work at a home depot. Great place to work actually, but I would not have asked myself for any advice for anything either.

A good weekday run to the local costco always does me good.

Hardcore tool stores and old school lumber yards with crusty donut eating old guys for employees are also great.

Pet stores are my favorite next to grocery stores, I like seeing all the lizards, fish, stinky birds ,turtles, snakes but i wouldn't want to own any, value village isn't bad either but its so picked through most of the time its basically a bunch of useless garbage.
