I got a guitar last week and I've been playing it several hours a day trying to learn. No goals or fucks given and thats the best. Just playing it and progressing naturally as an outlet. My bitchass fingers have been hurting for days but they'll toughen up lol.
Finally sent it and traced and cut my transitions today. I might have been too drunk to operate any power tools and using coolers for saw horses but I'm pretty casual about drinking too much and they came out good.

Some soups, some baking a little bit of everything. I made brownies and pumpkin bread that turned out pretty dank, I think baking might be my new thing it's nice to be able to eat at the end of working on something
My daily routine for the past month:
Wake up at 8:30
BS my online schooling and finish by 10
Ski my summer setup
Eat lunch
Work from 1-5
Eat dinner
Skate, play the piano, and other stuff to pass the time
Watch tv unil like 11 then I go to bed
It's a pretty chill life

Yoga, Stretching/working out, video games, getting stoned, drinking coffee with my mom in the kitchen shooting the shit, trying to keep mentally occupied. Waiting on my sister to get her old bike ready to sell to me so I can get out early AM and shred some brown pow.
Some businesses locally need some help and need some essential workers i guess so i applied for a few of them. I cant really collect unemployment benefits if im also using financial aid to go take classes this summer so that sucks but its whatever. Other than that, working towards the fall cuz I got a promotion to be one of the main coaches next year so i hope ski season is sustained. Ill get to do a ton of travel all over the west and hopefully maybe take a few laps with some of you kooks.

I did a puzzle when I was on isolation. That sucked. I've also been studying a lot, working a lot of overtime, playing some piano but learn the intro and 1st verse or intro and chorus and get bored. So I know a lot of half songs right now. Probs will never learn the rest. I also have been trying to workout but my lungs are still not 100% recovered so it's mostly just stretching. Been pretty bored honestly. I have an awkward amount of time where it's like not enough to fully commit to something, but also a lot of time to get bored.
Mostly school and youtube. Get out for the occasional bike ride if it some what warm. Found an endless rabbit hole of a youtube channel. Its called VINwiki and its just guys telling stories about cars. I'm not really into cars but the one guy, Ed, is just an amazing story teller. Could listen to that guy forever. Hundreds of videos. Its great.

VINwiki is a really good channel with a lot of good content. Check out the guy who’s first car was an ex-Crown Vic. By far my favorite.
Recently I’ve been getting really into the ancient Chinese art of making tofu. It’s pretty simple actually, all you need to do is soak some soy beans in water and steam them for up to 8 hours. Isn’t that really cool? I’m really invested in this cool new quirky hobby that will add another layer to my previously bland personality. I’ve spent hours researching stuff about tofu and browsing r/tofu because I just think its so neat. Did you know there’s 3 kinds of tofu? Soft tofu, hard tofu, and washing machine tofu. I actually invented that last one, you utilize the spin cycle of a washing machine to make tofu. I’m kind of an expert on tofu now. Please please please try some of my tofu. Isn’t it good? Please go tell all your friends how good I am at making tofu so they’ll think I’m really interesting. come over and make some tofu with me so I can show you how good I am at it! What? No? Is all this constant shoving of tofu down your throat getting annoying? Why? It’s a perfectly healthy hobby! All I really want is atten-uh I mean to live a healthy lifestyle. Did you know tofu has over 9 grams of protein per serving? If it’s this healthy its ok if I’m eating 10 gallons of tofu a day, right? Wait, why are you leaving so early? It’s ok. I can make new friends out of tofu. Yesterday I made a pair of jeans out of tofu. I don’t know why, but I do know how. I know everything about tofu. Sorry that I kind of ruined eating tofu for you forever because of how obsessed I am with it. If you had enough tofu knowledge like I do contained in my massive brain, then you’ll understand. My brain is pretty much made of tofu at this point. Today I made a fully functioning Toyota Camry out of tofu. Imma get hella ladies in this Tofuyata Camry, bitches love tofu. I’ll never admit it out loud, but all this tofu might be a desperate ploy to get attention from the opposite gender, who knows! What? Did you say something? okay, so I've stayed out of this, but lemme lay down some thoughts:
I grew up on a farm, I know first hand how agriculture functions and the animals that have been domesticated for consumption. I'm not sure how an undomesticated animal differs. They both provided sustenance, and if taken in a sustainable amount is more than acceptable imo.
I'm certainly not wanting to kill an animal for a "big rack" and "being a female hunter" I'm simply wanting to rely upon the detachment of meat in grocery stores. I can't tell you the last time I ate beef or had eggs that didn't come from a local (or friend's) farm. I think a lot of ag has gotten so removed from the consumer it's a different product.
I understand some people don't agree with hunting, but imo it's the most ethical consumption of meat there is.
also shed hunting is fun and the animals naturally drop their antlers. It does them no harm, and most shed hunters know to avoid flashing an animal out of their spot just for an antler. it's hiking, while looking for things.
I've been working on a few certifications to bump up the ol' resume. The google IT support cert can be banged out in a little over a week; if its relevant to your field I'd definitely recommend it. Also taking the chance to finally learn python. For anyone that is interested, Codecademy is giving away 3 month pro accounts if you've been furloughed and are looking to learn to code.
oh yeah, and drinking. So. Much. Drinking. And video games, picked up a used copy of Final Fantasy 15 and I've been enjoying it as someone thats never played a FF game.
