On Campus or Commute

Hey NS.
I live about 25min from the college I think Im gonna go to next year and I'm trying to decide whether to commute or live on campus. If I were to commute I could live in the finished upstairs of my parent's barn and do my own thing but I guess id miss out on some stuff a dorm would provide. I have a lot of friends going next year including somebody with a house I could park at so I'll have some connections from the start either way. Living at home I'd save a lot of money and graduate with basically no debt. Thoughts?

Save your money, stay with parents. But if you were going out of city, live as close to campus as possible. It will save you hours for commuting.
Having roomates was a cool experience at first. Now Im glad to be living alone.

Living in a dorm sucks but being on campus is cool- living off campus kicks ass but sometimes the commute sucks

It all comes down to if you want to deal with a roommate, campus cops and shitty dorm bathrooms or if you'd rather have to make a commute back and forth every day
