Replying to Would raising the minimum wage for ski resort employees to 15/hr reduce the suicide rate?

I feel like alot of the workers at ski resorts get into states of depression (often leading to suicide) partially because they dont really earn enough to have any savings. I think instead of hiring south americans and sending us dollars to foreign countries resorts should get a tax break from the government for hiring locals and US citizens—money they could use to bump resort employees base pay up to 15/hr. Even better, the government officials should prove they have an iq above 60 and decriminalize and tax all drugs, so the gov can send shitloads of money to the resorts to also help them afford a 15$ min wage for their employees.

its pretty fucking depressing that ski bums have to live like, really, total fucking bums. You can make more working for fucking walmart and thats bullshit.
