Nothing surprises me anymore. He sounds so fucking retarded when he speaks it hurts me inside. If I watch another press conference I may have to jump in front of a train. There are certainly plenty of ways to misappropriate those funds with a watch dog in place to at least make a rickety facade of it being fair and legal. I guess it's just as well to dispense with the formalities and own being a crook.
