We all know that COVID had to come along and put skiing on hold, but I have a prediction. When the slopes open back up next season hopefully, I think people will be sending it bigger and deeper than we did this season. I was up on the last day the lifts were spinning here in CO and I gotta say, knowing that this could be the end helped me try things I hadn’t been doing that before. And with a greater appreciation for things I think we’ll all be sending it to the moon next season

Im sure that was the case at lots of hills. At the hill i ride at everyone was hammering ticks out. Pur last day this season was probably the first time i had been there before noon in almost 5 years

I hope for a better sense of community at local hills and even bigger ones, cooler vibes, people just being a lot more relaxed and happy, and just thankful to ski in general. With powder panics and rifts between locals and multi resort pass holders, resort congestion, and other things, people were starting to get way more pissy on the mtn.

as much as I want this to be true I don't think it will be. I think the powder panic will reach new heights after the dads were cheated out of their spring BC heli trip.
