Summer setup drop in

So I've got a natural hill in my backyard that is about 6 feet tall and 10 feet long give or take. I'm just gonna build a platform out of 2x6's and plywood. I might add a foot or two of height at the top depending on how much speed I need. Now the real problem is the width, do I spend extra money on msnow and make it 5 feet wide or should I save some cash and make it around 3 feet wide. Basically if it was 5' wide I wouldn't have to move my rail around depending on where I wanted to hit it from, and if it was 3 feet wide I would have to mess with the rail a bit.

Not that it's a pain to move my 10 ft rail, I'm just pretty lazy

For the drop in part itself you can just have the msnow be skinny but for the jump you want it to be wide so you can slow yourself or set yourself to spin on,

And maybe adding a few tiles in between the lip and the in run and so I can turn before I get to the lip?

Yeah the transition should have more material on it too.

Make sure to have the lip have most of the coverage, thats the most important part for your skis to hold
