Where to get wide PVC pipes

Tryna make a backyard setu but Idk where to find wide tubes without spending a fortune or stealing. Looking for something like these. Any help?

I was at Lowe’s yesterday and saw a 20 foot pvc and 6 inch wide for 63 bucks you could probably find something there.

You can pick them up at any plumbing store too. Grey is schedule 80(thicker walled) White is schedule 40(thinner walled) Green(as pictures is used for sewer or water).

What’s the ideal dimension I should look for tho? I want a pretty wide tube so is 10” even enough

If you want a wide tube than 8-12" will give you what you are looking for. If I were to guess, those tubes pictures are around 8".

10' should be plenty, anything much longer you will need a roof rack or a longer trailer to haul it.

It honestly doesnt even need to be sketchy. Pull up and ask if they have any extra scrap pieces or stuff you can take off their hands. There was a similar thread a few days ago and one guy said he just went to a plumbing supply store and asked for any excess

Just go ask. I did today and got some for free. They just had these in a scrap pile.

Honestly, if you pulled up to a construction site, ask for the foreman, explain to them what you are doing and wanting, they may have a piece they might just give you. It may be slightly damaged in a way but hey, cant beat a freebie.

Best place to find it is new housing developments that are being built. usually can find scrap or extra and if your trying to be bold you can steal it.
