WsmyersAsk your local boot fitter.
weastcoastFor reference I have size 10 feet and I wear a 25.5 FT tom Wallisch pro boot. I size as a 27.5 but I move down two sizes to maximize fit and control over my ski. They are a 6 flex but feel a little too soft at times. I think it’s because my big legs just overpower the boot because they’re a lot shorter than say a 27.5. So don’t be afraid to bump down a size or two and go up in flex. Nothing is too small unless you absolutely cannot get your foot into the boot to begin with. If you can barely get it in, then good, because the liner will pack out a little bit over time to keep giving you a good fit while it doesn’t hurt as much to wear.
onenerdykidNot being snarky, but the boot that fits you the best is the best boot for park and all mountain.
Half of the X-Games athletes and almost all of the FWT athletes use race boots because that's what fits them and works for their subjective needs.
People can list off every awesome boot here for you, but it doesn't matter because they don't have your foot, your body, your flexibility, and they don't ski like you. There are lots of awesome ski boots out there that will do what you need them to do. You just need to find that one that works for you.
