Shoey-Skiwow these graphics are dope, kinda makes me want to get another pair of on3ps this season
KevskiJust a heads up, looks like the Hackels are up on the website. Same with a bunch of in stock customs. Imagine we’ll see more soon!

clindblomskierJeffreys drop today.
iggyskierHeads up. Putting one of my cat down later today (after about 75 long days of treatment and care - that looked like was working only to crash last two weeks). Thrown my last week totally out of wack and not working today so likely Wednesday before I have time to do last checks and turn everything on.
If anyone is real antsy for details before then I can post specs here this afternoon.

KevskiJeffreys are up! They look rad - especially into the aesthetic on the 116.
Result of me nerding out too hard but looks like the weights on the 102 might be duplicates of the 108. Presumably it would be a bit lighter and snappier than the 108? Otherwise it looks like that dang goldilocks ski between the 108 and 96. Will be buying.
anders_a186cm.... Not everyone skiiing is a petite, at least not here in europe.
air.bubbleBruh 186 is huge tf
skeirmanNo long 102's. Bummed. I assume the Woodsman will be the same.
CatdickBojanglesI have the 96s from last year and I'm stuck between the 102s and the 108s this year. Going custom and getting the soft lay up because i love fat soft rockered skis.
CatdickBojanglesCustoms are live, @iggyskier are there any other graphics or options coming to customs before I pull the trigger?

KevskiCould be worth a reach out to the team for custom - Scott mentioned doing a longer J96 for Michael Jordan and think he suggested they could do it again on custom. Worst they say is no!

iggyskierThis is it in terms of customs. If there is a specific stock topsheet you want from this year or last, just message us before ordering and put in the notes.
Are you going to keep skiing the 96? Where are you skiing?

DeebieSkeebiesmight go with another pair of woodsmans

Yep - I need to update those.
This is literally the "fuck it, we'll do it live" of ski launches so bear with me. I assure you will be continue to be a bit of a junkshow. The backlog of email alone from when I was gone is gonna take me awhile to work through.

Sorry guys. Yes same on the Woodsman 102. Don't take this as we're cutting all the long skis, but we sell so few long skis getting hard to even keep the ones we have. I think 191cm+ skis are about...3% of our production right now, maybe less. A couple points.
One thing to know about our production is that with our skis - it isn't like I can just order more from another factory. So adding a length is its own molding, cassettes, templates, on top of all the design and prototyping time/costs. So there is a lot of costs to develop additional sizes - so the burden to add long (or short skis to be honest - we outright cut the shortest size of the Jeffrey 116 and Woodman 116 this year) is high. Hard to justify for only a few skis.
Second - while we're always working to improve our process, our output is basically maxed out right now. So we are constantly having to balance what we offer with what actually sells. Here is how that plays out.
Option 1 - we keep offering, say, a 191cm Jeffrey 116. We make 25-30 pairs. We're left with 5-8 pairs at end of the year - all of which have to be sold on sale.
Option 2 - we move that production over the other models - say split 8-10 pairs each of the 176, 181, 186 Jeffrey 108. All will sell out before skis go on sale - less production changes over - less marketing push - less graphic work - less production management - less inventory management - etc.
Fiscally, option 2 made sense. But we have maybe 15-20 SKUs that fall under option 1 right now. I've joked that we could exist on maybe 10 SKUs, but that is likely true (we have 70ish).
In terms of factory and business efficiency, there are merits to cutting SKUs and there has certainly been discussions about just cutting bottom 10 SKUs each year for 2-3 years. Flip side is - we want to offer as many options as we can - so hard balance.
We're a bit blind for how the 102 will do in terms of sales distribution. If it matches 108 - I think good chance 191cm gets added for 2022, or sooner. If it matches 96, then likely no.
As things stand now - if we hear from enough people ask for the 191cm - we'll revisit in the fall and see what would take to bring to market this year. But right now focusing on the sizes we know sell.
Edit to add - our 186 is most brands 189, 191 most brands 194, so if we listed our skis like most brands likely might not be having this convo.
Most dates are back 10-14 days, so late next week as long as I have time to finish final tweaks over holiday weekend.
We still have that templates - so could be done. Should be noted that I think we've made less than 5 since we made skis for MJ, so again, interest is limited in these long skis. If we get notable interest in a 191 Jeffrey 102, again, might still happen but right now playing it safe on sizing.

skeirmanLOL in my adult life I've never owned a ski that short.
air.bubbleDawg im 5 foot 9 and my 181s are above my head, not everyone here is 6 feet or above
SofaKingSickWait sorry I’ve lost track, have the woodsmans been out for a year already, have you skied them? If so would you mind describing them?
DeebieSkeebiesi skied kartel108s before them but for some reason just had more fun on 116 woodsmans (187cm). Thought it was gonna be a bit too much for a daily driver ski and coaching but they felt just about perfect on almost any given day. Good flex and great shape, its a solid ski for anyone who really doesnt rip park anymore but hauls ass and likes to jump off stuff. I like how it has a subtle enough twin tip for switch hits, butters, landings, etc. It finagles in and out of tight spots real well, so i can only imagine a smaller shape would do even better. Groomer skiing was legit super fun on them, and they never let you down on deep days. Slash turns felt absolutely unreal on them lol. Theyre a real fun ski. Lots of chairlift questions about them too.
skeirmanNot everybody a little 4'11" burnt chimichanga lookin ass either

SofaKingSickThanks for the reply man. I’ve def had my eye on them. The small twin tip is a little off putting for me since I’m mostly a forward skier these days but hit and land things switch sometimes and a small twin makes me a little nervous but I’m sure it’s fine
how are they at top speed?
iggyskier-snip-

BigPurpleSkiSuitI never skied them, but I can confirm that they go real fast from skiing one day with him this season, the blue ones right? @GayWolf420
DeebieSkeebiesspeed was fun on these things. like really fun. the kind of fun where like you had to be seriously careful sometimes because all you were doing for a few laps was just pointing it down shit and and it was a bit of risk/reward lol. They held up at high speeds so darn well, it was impressive. like i said you had to be careful sometimes cuz all you wanted to do was straightline to see what the breaking point was
