Goddam lotta hate on daffys from the ns community. Tbh I don't think they're the coolest trick or type of butter, but when used properly, i think they can look pretty dam cool. Like nice, slow floaty rotations with oppo nose and tail just skimming over the snow on a knuckle or something can look pretty dam sick. I think daffys get so much hate cuz swerve skiers definitely use them the most, and like a majority of shit swerve skies do, it looks fucking dumb. But i bet if you saw an actually good skier use a daffy in rotation with some real speed, it might change your mind.

Tru, but swerve skiers give all skiers a bad look when they're posting dumb spinny shit on the ground and nonskiers think its the best thing since sliced bread, so i feel like judging the steeziness of a trick based on what nonskiers see from swerve skiers is dangerous. also much appreciated, quality thread yourself
