After a couple days of providing false hopes to people as a way to deflect criticism, he is now pitting states against themselves. Rather than acting on requests to centralize and distribute resources, he is putting the responsibility on the states to deliver. Not all states are equal in their ability. I'm legitimately mad at how childish he is being in such a time of crisis. Like dude wtf.

I know you're a PS pro, but let me show you what you apparently can't see:
- Color difference in the background text box showing a new text box was added to the screenshot. There is some gray-ish color around the white (blown up to make it easier to spot):
- But the most obvious is definitely the font used. CNN uses their own font: CNN Sans. And the font here looks nothing like "CNN Sans", it's because it's "Impact", it is not CNN's font, so it couldn't be a CNN headline.

Just from this comparison, you should see that these fonts are not the same, but since I'm super nice, I did a quick mockup for you. CNN Sans is proprietary, so I don't have it, but it is so similar to "Helvetica Neue" (almost identical actually), that I used it instead:
Here is me recreating the headline with "Impact", the font they used for the fake: Notice how it looks the same as the screenshot from your video, it's definitely Impact they used.
Now, here is me recreating it with "Helvetica Neue", which is almost identical to CNN's font: Very different from the screenshot of your video, but you'll notice how similar the letters are to the grab from CNN's website.
Long story short, yes, it is most definitely a fake, there is no doubt about it. You missed it, that's okay, but I hope you see it now that broke it down for you.
