Is it normal for one of your binding toepieces to vibrate when you hit it?

im thinking one binding is being damped by grease they put into the casing and the other one that vibrates doesnt have much grease on it. Also, the one that doesnt vibrate when you hit it makes a creaking/squeaking noise when you pull its toe calipers apart and the one that vibrates when you hit it doesnt make any noise when you pull the calipers apart.

Im probably just being too ocd about it but i wanted to ask you ski techs if this means there might be a problem with one of my bindings.

they are tyrolia attack bindings btw.
