ON3P Woodsman 108 or K2 Marksman (or others?)

I’m looking at getting a new setup, planning on touring 1/3-4 days so looking for a resort and backcountry do-it-all. Decided on Shift bindings but have been trying to figure out what ski to use. I currently ride ON3P BG’s and Faction Dictator 3.0’s in Washington, but will be moving to Colorado next winter. I love my goats and was thinking of getting another set of ON3P’s but have also heard great things about the Marksman’s. I am used to charging hard on variable snow here in WA as well as taking airs and dropping stuff. Never skied in CO so I’m not quite sure what to expect for snow so if anyone has thoughts it’d be much appreciated. I am not terribly worried about weight as I consider myself a pretty athletic person, so if it means I get a more stable ski at speed I can tough it up on the uphill.

Another ski that a friend of mine loves is the Bentchetler 120... would I be stupid to use it as a one ski quiver for CO?

The K2 marksman is really stiff.

i use the Armada JJ Ultralite and I am so happy cause it’s super lightweight and so strong ski. It’s super playful in tight sections and perfect for big turns.

CO snow is def gonna be lighter and dryer typically than what you're used to

personally i think 120 is pretty wide for your only ski. it will work just fine but i think the cons outweigh the pros. most days even in CO aren't 120 waist width days imo

can't help between marksman and woodsman but both seem like sick skis

If you like the Billy Goat and Dictator, I think you'd be better off on the Woodsman than the Marksman. The Marksman is way softer and less stable than the Billy Goat, Dictator 3, and Woodsman, and I think you'd be wishing for more ski unless you're specifically looking to maximize playfulness.

CO snow is generally lighter and a bit easier to ski fast vs. the denser snow in the PNW, but you also end up skiing more firm snow. So, given the generally lighter snow, you could potentially get away with a lighter ski than the Woodsman (Moment Wildcat 108 would be a great alternative in that case), but if you want a similar feel as the Billy Goat when it comes to damping & stability, the Woodsman 108 should feel very intuitive. You won't be laying trenches on the super firm snow, but it's still totally predictable on firm snow and is awesome for skiing fast in soft-ish snow.

What makes you say the marksman is stiff? from what i’ve heard (at least compared to my current skis) it’s pretty soft.
